This document describes the Siennax Privacy Statement, which is based on the privacy policy as laid down in the Siennax Corporate Trust Services Policy.
Siennax considers the protection of its clients' privacy and the confidentiality of client data essential to its service provision. Furthermore, Siennax fully respects the privacy of visitors to its websites. Siennax takes every measure within its power to guarantee privacy and confidentiality.

Scope

Clients' data is protected by Siennax' confidentiality policy as laid down in the Siennax Corporate Trust Services Policy. Client data is protected by this confidentiality policy at all times, and may never be revealed, consulted by unauthorised persons, or made public in any other form. Personal data accumulated by Siennax

The following data may be accumulated at Siennax' public websites:

  • Time at which a page was accessed.
  • Information related to the browser and operating system used.


This data is accumulated solely for the purpose of generating general visitor data, and shall not be individually analysed or utilised.

On requesting information or registering for Siennax activities, visitors are asked to provide the following data: name, position, company name, address, postcode and place of residence, country, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. The name, company name, telephone number and e-mail address are compulsory entries, while the remaining data is optional.

Access to personal data

Personal data protection

Siennax considers the protection of its clients' privacy and the confidentiality of client data essential to its service provision. Siennax therefore applies an extensive system of security technologies and procedures to protect data from unauthorised access, use or distribution.

The personal data of visitors to Siennax' public websites is stored in a Siennax document management system. This system is secured as described above. Among the security technologies used are firewalls, access authorisation, network encryption and security procedures.

Cookies

Siennax' public websites make no use of cookies whatsoever. www.stemportaal.nl is the only exception and does use cookies in order to establish if and when someone has done a testvote.
General principles Siennax applies the following principles with regard to the protection of privacy:

  • Siennax operates from the Netherlands, and shall therefore fully comply with Dutch and European legislation and regulations with regard to privacy and the protection of personal data.
  • Personal data shall never be sold or made accessible to third parties without the prior permission of the applicable clients or visitors to Siennax' websites, unless Siennax is legally obliged to do so.
  • Siennax considers the protection of its clients' privacy essential to its service provision. Furthermore, Siennax fully respects the privacy of visitors to its websites.
