Mr H.C. (Herb) Prooy (1959)

heprMr. Prooy has been a Board member and Chief Executive Officer since May 1998, when he co-founded Siennax. From March 1996 until April 1998, Mr. Prooy served as senior vice president responsible for Origin’s worldwide Desktop Outsourcing Business. This included responsibility for over 200,000 desktops/LANs across 24 countries. From November 1992 until February 1996, Mr. Prooy built an international management consulting practice for BSO/Origin in the area of knowledge management and the Internet. Mr. Prooy holds bachelor degrees on Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation and Marketing. In 1997 he attended a senior executive program at the London School of Business.

Mr P.H.M. (Paul) Steeman (1959)

pastMr. Steeman has been a Board member of Siennax and CFO since February 2002. Prior to joining Siennax, he was Finance Director and Country Manager with the Dutch branch of WorldCom for three years. Before that, he was member of the Board of the Cards division of Interpay, the Dutch payment services provider. Interpay is a joint venture, owned by the Dutch banks. Mr. Steeman started his career at several auditing firms, including the PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Steeman holds degrees in economics and business administration.

 

Mr M.J.A. (Michiel) Steltman (1957)

mistMr. Steltman, a co-founder of Siennax, has been Chief Technology Officer since May 1998. He designed the technical architecture and delivery infrastructure. He is currently responsible for technical direction and strategies. Prior to joining Siennax, he worked as a consulting manager at BSO/Origin. In 1995, he worked as an independent EDM consultant. Later that year he joined Origin as a consulting team leader. Between 1991 and 1995 he served as product manager for Source Information Technology B.V. (“SIT”), an open systems VAR. Between 1987 and 1991 he served at Westmount Technology as a team leader, responsible for the development of several of Westmount's software engineering tools. Mr. Steltman holds a degree in Electronics and Computer Technology.

Mr F. (Frits) Veltink (1959)

frveFrits Veltink joined Siennax in January 1999 as Director of Sales and Marketing. At the start of 2002, Veltink took on the role of Managing Director of Acadoo (now Siennax Learning Services). Currently Veltink is Chief Commercial Officer and responsible for the set up and further development of the Siennax Service Units, with a strong focus on business process outsourcing. Prior to joining the company, Veltink held a number of sales management and management functions at Origin, formerly BSO. In his last position with Origin Frits was responsible for the set-up and development of the Origin media sector for the global print and media business, with a strong focus on securing strategic outsourcing contracts. Frits hold a degree in Business Economics. Veltink is the Regional Vice Chairman of Comptia's Software Services Group for Europe, formerly the ASP Industry Consortium. This organization is the global advocacy group promoting the ASP industry.
